Mount Crichton – Lake Isobel
HELI LOCATION
Mount Crichton is situated high between Glenorchy and Queenstown. This location offers stunning views toward the head of Lake Wakatipu with Pig and Pigeon Island in the foreground. You look across to the Humboldt Mountain Range in the west as well as toward Mount Earnslaw in the north and the Remarkable Mountain Range in the south west. Depending on the time of year; this site may or may not have snow on the ground.
