This is the ultimate full day wedding adventure as you fly over some of the most amazing parts of New Zealand and land at three or more of the most breathtaking locations this area has to offer. This package includes all the extras that will make your day perfect.

Wedding Coordinator
From the minute you contact us, through to the “I Do’s”, then until your photos are delivered, Wildly Romantic will be there to advise, support and coordinate all you need for your perfect day. All you really need to do is turn up on the day.
FIRST LOOK & LAKE SHORE PHOTOS
Wildly Romantic’s photographer will meet you at your accommodation for your first look at each other in your wedding attire. Then we organise your transfer from your accommodation to the airstrip to meet your celebrant, stopping somewhere along the lake shore or other iconic location for a few more photos before the flight.

Celebrant
Along with Wildly, your celebrant will work with you both on what you want included in your wedding ceremony. The actual legal part of the wedding is very quick so you have a lot of room to create your own ceremony, write your own vows, or read a beautiful poem, and add in music of your choice.
Your Photographer
Your photographer will be there with you from the first look, through the ceremony and then as you relax for your intimate couples photos, but you’ll hardly notice her there.
Photography PACKAGE
This photography packages includes
- 4 + hours photography time (depending on the locations you choose).
- Over 250 + edited high resolution and email size images provided to you on an online gallery
- 20 + sneak peek images within 24 hours of your ceremony to share with your family, friends and social media. Then all your images available to view within 30 days.
- Options to purchase high quality flush mount photo albums and wall pictures.
Bride’s Bouquet & Groom’s boutonnière
All we need to make your perfect bouquet and matching boutonnière is an idea of your favourite colours and styles. Our florist then works her magic to create a master piece to remember.
Hair & Makeup
We will organise your hair and makeup artist to come to your accommodation in Queenstown or Glenorchy. It’s best to allow an hour for each hair and then for your makeup.
TWO WITNESSES
All wedding ceremonies need two adults to witness your ceremony and then sign your marriage licence at the time to make things legal. Wildly Romantic will either be your witness or you can bring your own two with you (cost will apply for extra people.)
Mountain Picnic, wedding Cake & Bubbles
At one of your location landings you will get the chance to relax while grazing on a delicious picnic and pop open the bubbles to enjoy while you take in these magnificent views.
(* Picnic is not included in the two heli landing options. But bubbles or beverage of your choice is.)
OPTIONAL ADD ONS
